Today, it continues that legacy by offering affordable rentals for small events. Brandon’s Event Space has been helping people celebrate life’s moments since 2016. Our location is in a restored historic building that used to belong to TECO. It's perfect for small events of all types, from birthday parties and baby showers to business meetings and small weddings. We have a full kitchen, private bathrooms, and enough space for up to 50 guests. Plus, there is lots of free parking. We've made event preparation less stressful. No extras, no guessing—just a clean, comfortable space that's ready when you are. For $150 an hour, you have everything you need: tables, chairs, kitchen access, and the ability to set up however you want. We're here to help you do it your way, whether you're celebrating someone's life, having a family meal, or starting your next great idea.
